Welcome to Yogabliss with Nina. I am based in South East London and teach various styles of Yoga, Hotyoga, Vinyasa flow, Restorative, Yoga Nidra and Meditation. Meditation trains you to be resilient. The more you can learn to stay with positive and negative thoughts, emotions and physical sensations, the more strength you can bring to each moment and experience.
